Just left this store and it was one of the worst retail experiences I've ever had. I had the pleasure of dealing with Marci (I think her name tag said Maricela). I had a headlight that had gone out shortly after buying it and it was still under warranty. They were rude from the beginning. First, she tried to say she wouldn't replace it even though this was exactly what I had been told to do and it was still under warranty. I had even pulled the order up on my phone for her. She finally agreed but that's where she turned hateful. She wouldn't talk to me after that and she actually tossed the headlights at me. I told her I was going to talk to her manager about it and she responded, "Great. Have fun." And then didn't want to tell me her name. I went to leave and she turned to her coworker and said, "Lock the door behind her." We get outside and my husband said it was the wrong part and we couldn't get it in. This was nighttime and I had my three kids in the car. I can't drive without lights. (They had taken both of the old lights, even the working one.) I go back to the door and knock and she says she's not opening it. I tell her the part is the wrong one and she says something I couldn't hear and walked off. So, I knocked again and she screamed at me, "Shut up!!! I'm getting it!" I have NEVER been told by a retail worker to shut up! Her coworker came to the door and opened it an inch and shoved it out in my face. He didn't say a word even though I was crying at this point. I was so upset and couldn't believe this treatment. It's safe to say I will never return. I'm contacting the manager tomorrow and letting cooperate know as well. I hope this isn't how they train their employees. Feedback: The worker could've been polite and not told me to shut up, obviously.
